  • On-Site Haircuts

    We partner with organizations to provide on-site professional barbering services directly to the people they serve.

    These services are designed for individuals who may not have access to traditional barbershops or who may not feel comfortable in those environments.

    By bringing haircuts into community spaces, we create experiences that feel more accessible, comfortable, and respectful, and create environments where grooming, confidence, and care are treated as a right, not a privilege.

  • Introduction to Barbering

    Our 6 week Introduction to Barbering program is designed for schools, youth programs, community organizations, and workforce programs that want to bring barbering education directly to their participants.

    Participants receive a hands on introduction to barbering, including foundational skills, confidence building, professionalism, and exposure to the craft in a supportive learning environment.

    Alongside these skills, we introduce trauma informed practices such as consent in the chair, emotional awareness, and how to create environments where people feel safe and respected.

  • Apprenticeship and Continued Training

    For participants who want to go further, continued training opportunities may be available after the introductory program

    This next level is for individuals who show commitment, interest, and readiness to continue developing their skills through deeper guidance and practice. Depending on the partnership, continued training may be supported by the participant, the organization, or both. You can move into an apprenticeship after the 6 week introduction program, or reach out to apply directly.

    Our goal is to create a real pathway from introduction to long term opportunity.

While most barber and beauty education focuses only on technique, our work brings together barbering skill, trauma informed care, and community awareness.

We teach professionals how to cut hair well, while also helping them understand how to create environments where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable.

Because haircuts are the craft, but care is the purpose.
